  • Press release: Four agents of the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) have been recognized by the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) for their key roles in the arrest and conviction of five offenders who severely assaulted and injured two United Postal Service letter carriers. The IDOC was asked to assist the USPIS in its investigation of the crimes, which were unrelated and occurred in 2011 and 2012.
