  • Following water sampling that detected well contamination near a facility in Marengo, Illinois EPA Director Lisa Bonnett today asked the Illinois Attorney Generals Office to seek an immediate injunctive court order to require Arnold Magnetic Technologies Corporation, owned by 300 West LLC, to immediately provide bottled water to affected residents and regularly sample at least seventeen private wells near the site.
