  • International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 700 vs Lake County Circuit Clerk: On November 5, 2012, Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Elaine L. Tarver issued a Corrected Recommended Decision and Order (RDO), finding that the Lake County Circuit Clerk (Respondent) had violated Section 10(a)(4) and (1) of the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act, 5 ILCS 315 (2010), by failing to bargain in good faith with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 700 (Charging Party). She recommended finding that it had failed to bargain over a fair share clause in the parties' collective bargaining agreement.
